Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

Intencity hosts gaming birthday parties and group bookings for 10 to 30 people at all three of its Pune branches - Undri, NIBM (Kondhwa) and Camp. Every branch has enclosed rooms, with the gaming PCs and the consoles in separate rooms. A group that takes every seat in a room has that room to itself; a smaller group has its seats reserved.

What a gaming birthday party looks like

We reserve a block of rigs or consoles for your group for an agreed stretch of time. Everyone logs in under their own GGLeap account, so the children can keep the loyalty coins they earn and come back to spend them. Food and drinks come to the seats, so nobody has to leave the arena mid-session.

A typical party runs two to three hours: a warm-up round of something everyone knows, a tournament bracket for a competitive title, and then free play. If you want a specific game installed, tell us in advance and we will have it ready.

Keeping the cost down

A weekday-morning party is substantially cheaper. Happy Hours run 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday at every branch, which brings Ultra Range rigs to ₹90 per hour, Camp's High Range rigs to ₹70 per hour, and PS5 multiplayer to ₹90 per controller per hour.

For a larger group, buying Hour Packages works out cheaper again - a 50-hour pack is ₹3,500, which is ₹70 per hour. Note that a package is tied to one player's account and cannot be split across a group - for a party, each person needs their own hours. WhatsApp us the headcount and we will work out the cheapest combination for your date.

Corporate and team events

We run the same format for company team outings and office gaming nights - a reserved section, a tournament bracket and food to the seats. Message us with your headcount and date and we will confirm availability and group rates.

Holding the event at your own office or venue instead? We also rent out gaming setups for events in Pune and PCMC, delivered, set up and staffed by us.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I host a birthday party in the NIBM or Undri area of Pune?
Intencity has two arenas in that part of Pune: Intencity NIBM on NIBM-Salunkhe Vihar Road in Kondhwa, and Intencity Undri on NIBM Undri Link Road opposite Aryans School. Both are open 24 hours and both host birthday groups of 10 to 30 people. Undri has the most to do - Sim Racing, VR, PS5s and 30 gaming PCs. Book on WhatsApp at +91 92260 06944.
How many people can you accommodate for a birthday party?
We regularly host groups of 10 to 30 people, and can take larger groups with notice. Every branch has enclosed rooms, with the PCs and the consoles in separate rooms. A group that takes every seat in a room has that room to itself; a smaller group has its seats reserved.
What does a gaming birthday party cost in Pune?
It depends on headcount, branch and time of day. Gaming is billed hourly, so a weekday-morning party on Happy Hour rates costs ₹90 per hour per Ultra Range rig, or ₹70 on a High Range rig at Camp. For groups, Hour Packages are cheaper again - a 50-hour pack is ₹3,500, or ₹70 per hour - but a package belongs to one player's account and cannot be shared across a group. WhatsApp +91 92260 06944 with your date and headcount for a quote.
Do you have enclosed rooms for parties?
Yes. Every branch has enclosed rooms, and the gaming PCs and the consoles are in separate rooms. If your group takes every seat in a room, you have that room to yourselves; a smaller group has its seats reserved. Message us ahead of time with your date and headcount and we will tell you which it will be.
Is a gaming cafe a good birthday venue for kids?
It works well for roughly ages 8 and up. Everyone gets their own screen, the games are familiar, food comes to the seat, and there is no setup or clean-up for the parents. Undri adds VR and Sim Racing as novelties. Note that students in school uniform are not admitted during school hours, and minors need a parent or guardian, or written parental consent, after 10:00 PM.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes. Let the branch know when you book so staff can make space and help with timing. There is a full food and drinks menu on site as well.
