Do I need to book in advance or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome during weekdays and non-peak hours. On weekends, evenings, and public holidays — or if you're bringing a group — we strongly recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp to guarantee your setup.
Do I need to register before my first visit?
Registration is recommended but not mandatory — you can register at the cafe too. Pre-registering online creates your GGLeap account in advance so you can skip the counter queue and start earning coins from your very first hour.
Do you have racing simulators?
Yes — our dedicated SIM Racing room is now open at Intencity Undri, with two professional rigs: Moza R9 V3 direct-drive wheelbases, formula and GT wheels, SRP2 pedals, full aluminium cockpits and 49-inch curved OLED ultrawide displays. Book your slot via WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum age to play?
We welcome players of all ages — there's something for everyone from casual gamers to hardcore esports enthusiasts. However, students in school uniforms are not permitted during school hours. Minors are not allowed after 10:00 PM unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, or with prior written parental consent.
Can I bring my own keyboard, mouse or headset?
Absolutely. Our regulars swear by the Logitech G402 mice across all branches — precise, comfortable, and built for long sessions. At Undri, the HyperX Alloy Origins keyboards are a fan favourite, and the HyperX Cloud III headphones make the audio experience hard to fault. At NIBM and Camp, you'll find Red Dragon Zeus headphones that punch well above their weight. That said, you're always welcome to bring your own keyboard, mouse, or headset — just let the staff know and they'll set you up.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes — full food and beverages menus are available at all three branches, and you can order right from your seat without leaving your rig. Undri has a seating area with a coffee machine. Camp has a projector screen for a more immersive atmosphere.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, UPI, and Credit/Debit cards at all branches. Hour packages can be purchased at the counter or arranged via WhatsApp.
How does billing work?
Gaming is billed hourly. Walk-in rates apply per hour, but our Hour Packages give you a significantly lower rate — from ₹90/hr on a 10-hour pack down to just ₹62.50/hr on 100 hours. The more you commit, the more you save. Happy Hour rates apply on weekday mornings at each branch.
Can you accommodate large groups and corporate events?
Yes — we regularly host group bookings of 10 to 30 people and corporate team events. Whether it's a birthday party, team outing, or a company gaming night, WhatsApp your preferred branch to discuss availability, arrangements, and group rates. Want the gaming at your own venue instead? We also

Does my GGLeap account work at all three branches?
Each branch operates its own independent GGLeap system, so you'll need a separate account per branch. Your loyalty coins are also branch-specific — whichever arena you play at most, keep that account active to maximise your rewards.
How do I earn and redeem GGLeap coins?
Log into any PC, console, or VR rig using your GGLeap username and you automatically earn 60 coins per hour of gameplay — no extra steps needed. Accumulate coins and redeem them for free gaming time (1 hr = 3,000 coins), food and beverages, and occasionally exclusive prizes like T-shirts, gaming peripherals, and memorabilia.
Is there parking available near each branch?
Yes — public roadside parking is available near all three branches at Camp, NIBM, and Undri. Use the maps on this page or Google Maps for directions to each location.
What are your opening hours?
NIBM and Undri never close — both arenas run 24/7, every single day. Camp operates from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, but if there are 5 or more active bookings, we keep the lights on through the night too. Whether it's a 2 AM Valorant grind or a Sunday morning warm-up, there's an arena ready for you.
How fast is your internet connection?
Every branch is wired with a 500 Mbps dedicated fibre line, plus a 300 Mbps backup line — built exclusively for gaming, not shared with a residential block, and with failover so a line fault doesn’t end your session. Expect single-digit ping on most servers, near-instant game downloads, and zero lag even when every rig in the arena is live at once.
Can I pause my session and take a break?
Absolutely. Just log out of your GGLeap account on the PC before you step away — your timer pauses the moment you log out and your remaining balance stays safe until your package expires. Log back in whenever you're ready and carry on exactly where you left off. Note: the pause feature applies to Hour Packages only; walk-in hourly sessions run on the clock continuously.
What games are available to play?
A lot — and we keep adding more. The library spans competitive shooters, open-world epics, sports sims, fighting games, co-op titles, and console exclusives. Regulars will find CS2, Valorant, GTA V, PUBG, Fortnite, EA SPORTS FC 27, EA FC 26, Mortal Kombat 1, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Dota 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, God of War, It Takes Two and a whole lot more. PS5 carries the latest PlayStation exclusives. Just ask at the counter — if it's a popular title, chances are we already have it.
Can I install my own game or use my Steam account?
Yes — feel free to log into your own Steam, Epic Games, or any other launcher account on any of our PCs, for any game that's already installed. If you want something we don't stock, check with us at least 3–4 hours before you arrive on WhatsApp with the title and the branch. If it's free on Steam we install it on the server ourselves; if it's a paid game it has to come from your own Steam account, so either share the login in advance or sign in yourself at the counter — that's fine too, it just takes longer for a large game. What doesn't work is turning up and downloading mid-session: the PCs start from a clean image every boot.
Do you have enclosed rooms?
Yes. Every branch has enclosed rooms, with the gaming PCs in one and the consoles in another. If your group takes every seat in a room, you have that room to yourselves; a smaller group has its seats reserved. Planning a squad session, birthday, or team event?
